What is the difference between CSA Compliant and CSA SPE-1000 Approved?
CSA Compliant refers to the laser has the proper configuration and components to meet CSA electrical standards, but no inspection has been performed.
CSA SPE-1000 Approved refers to an inspection performed by Intertek (ETL) which is a Worldwide recognized third party electrical inspection company. Intertek will certify and install a certification label on the laser.
CSA SPE-1000 Certification is required in Ontario and other provinces , schools, commercial business's and other areas. If you choose to select CSA Compliant you are responsible for obtaining a field inspection in your area if required.

What comes included when I purchase a J or RM PRO series CO2 Laser?
Every laser comes standard with an S&A chiller, honeycomb bed, slat bed, tool box, and exhaust fan.
How do I focus my workpiece on J & RM PRO series lasers?
J & RM PRO series lasers have one of the simplest ways to focus. Simply place your workpiece on the bed, then raise or lower the bed with the control panel until the two red focal dots become one, and you're done!
How long does it take for my machine to arrive after placing an order?
If the machine is in stock in Ontario, it will arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location in Canada. If the machine is not currently in stock, you can expect an estimated 6-8 weeks for delivery.
*Note: For fiber, UV and CO2 Galvo lasers , if the item is not in stock, shipping can be expedited from 6-8 weeks to 2-3 weeks. Additional fees will apply. Please contact us if expedited shipping is needed.*
What is the warranty on RM lasers?
All CO2 and fiber lasers have a standard 2-year limited warranty.
