Once the calibrations are done, this thing just works. It does exactly what I expected from the description. Yes, this may be the smallest machine they carry, but because it's well thought out in its design, it's more versatile than the competition. The overall quality outshines any small nitpicks I could dream up.
Even the packaging was impressively well-planned compared to what other laser companies do. The unboxing was very straightforward.
My biggest gripe: the product documentation is lacking. The info feels like it was pieced together from different sources with no unifying feel. I also didn't initially realize the instructions were on the provided USB, so make sure you plug that in first.
The included ducting is cheap, like duct tape wrapped around coiled wire. Usable, but it's the first thing I'd upgrade. Still, every product has some shortcoming, and this one's minor and not a dealbreaker.
Because of all this, I'd recommend RM Lasers, and they'll be my first stop when I'm in the market for a new laser. 11/10 would recommend.

The product is very easy to use. Just plug and play. Followed the instructions and works great! I realized just after placing the order I selected the wrong one and one quick call had it all sorted out, customer service was very easy to deal with. 5 Stars

Great Customer Service, would recommend anyone looking for a Laser and or parts for existing units.

Amazing experience
This machine brings all kinds of options to my shop, whether it's creating molds and replicating components for various projects, or incorporating formed plastic in things like signage, etc.. It's solidly built, easy to use and has a powerful vacuum built in, an all in one unit. Top things off with excellent customer service, and it's a winner as far as I'm concerned.
This is our second laser but our first rmlaser. Some features on the rm laser i like so much that i will be adding to my old laser as well.
